We were delighted when Lisa King – managing director of a luxury property development firm – contacted us to discuss her ideas. She was looking to install two bathrooms and first floor WC in a luxury new build show home on the outskirts of the Lake District.

The Lakeland Bespoke Solution
To explore the possibilities of our design concept, we suggested removing a wall to create a private WC area separate from the main bathroom. This would help to transform their small, restricted room into a more modern and open space.
A stylish linear niche running through the shower and bath gives a purposeful and stylish feature for all those shampoos, conditioners, and bottles that can often clutter a family bathroom.
We designed different lighting sources allowing for the bathroom to transform from a functional family bathroom to a restful, serene space.
